Today, Stone Creek’s Elan Spa sponsored activities representing and honoring the National Health & Fitness Day. Yoga, Karate Demonstrations, Deep Water Aerobics, Tai Chi Demonstrations and many more activities were available for residents to participate in or watch.

Well, my friend, I thought about all those exercises and got so tired I had to take a nap. When I woke up it was all over so I went back to sleep.
You do a nice job of recording these kinds of things and I think you need more recognition, so I’ve arranged for the Ocala PD to stop by and take a mug shot. Remember to smile! 🙂
